Welcome to Worn-Hub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Worn-Hub platform ("Platform"), including buyers and sellers. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Access and User Account

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use Worn-Hub. 2.2 You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the confidentiality of your account details. 2.3 Worn-Hub reserves the right to block or remove accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. Privacy and Anonymity

3.1 Worn-Hub ensures anonymity by not sharing unnecessary personal information with other users. 3.2 All communication and transactions take place within the platform via secure systems. 3.3 Users are not allowed to exchange personal information outside the platform to ensure anonymity and security.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 The Platform may only be used for the sale and purchase of permitted items such as underwear, socks, and other products approved by the Platform. 4.2 Worn-Hub is not responsible for the content posted by users, but reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

5. Payments and Commissions

5.1 All payments are processed through an external payment provider. 5.2 Worn-Hub charges a commission on each transaction. The commission rate will be communicated at the time of sale. 5.3 Payouts to sellers are made within a reasonable time via the payment method selected by the Platform.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Worn-Hub is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the Platform. 6.2 Users indemnify Worn-Hub against claims arising from disputes between buyers and sellers.

7. Termination of Use

7.1 Users may terminate their account at any time via the platform settings. 7.2 Worn-Hub reserves the right to block or remove accounts in case of abuse or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

8.1 Worn-Hub may change these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on the Platform. 8.2 Continued use of the Platform after changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
